Our team developed a Strategic Framework; a comprehensive picture of the organization's strategy. It's purpose was to clarify how individual efforts and team projects can be connected to achieve the best outcome. It included meaningful target measures and a sequence of activities that helped focus on the key efforts that implement the strategy

As a product designer, I'm committed to exploring the emotions and perceptions of our users to determine what motivates them to engage. The illustrations below, which accompanied the Strategic Framework, were created to visually demonstrate our defined set of principles that we felt would lead to experiences that were more personal, meaningful and memorable.
